The Environment & Nature

• Nature is an exciting place for children to discover many new forms of life, from a small potted chili plant in the kitchen to a large group of redwood trees in the forest. It’s important to start helping children fulfill their curiosities about the environment at an early age, and nature offers an abundance of interesting conversation topics for them to explore.

• Exposing children to their role in nature as well as the role nature plays in their lives also helps to promote a quality lifelong relationship with nature and an understanding of respect for our resources and planet.
