Preschool Pathways, LLC (“Preschool Pathways”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is concerned about your privacy and has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to help you understand what information we collect from you when you visit our website www.preschoolpathways.com (“Site”), as well as what we do with that information on and why we collect it. Please read this entire Policy as it contains important information about our use of this information.

This Site is operated by Preschool Pathways and it has been created to provide information about our organization, to provide information for use in identifying a high quality preschool program, and to provide information about developmentally appropriate projects and reading activities for preschool-aged children (the “Preschool Pathways Services”) to our Site’s visitors (“you” or “your”). This Policy sets forth our rights and your rights with respect to the information that we collect including personally identifiable data not limited to you name, email address, and child’s age (collectively, “Personal Information”), and other information that is collected from you.

By using our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Policy. Your use of the Site is permitted at all times only as set forth herein and in our Terms of Service.

Visiting the Site From Outside the United States

This Policy is intended to cover information collected from residents of the United States, as well as from around the world. If you are visiting us from outside the United States, specifically, from the European Union, please note that that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and databases are located. The data protection and other related laws of the United States may not be the same as those in your country, and you are responsible for complying with such laws.

Please note, however, that we will take reasonable steps to ensure that all data, from any country, is protected. By using our Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities in the United States and those of third parties for which we share data.

This information will only be obtained from companies that have a right to share it with us, which only typically happens because you have given your permission for that information to be shared. 4. Information We Collect About Others

We may also collect, store, and share personal information about other people that you provide to us through your use of the Site and other correspondence, to carry out a task you have initiated. Every instance of use of your data by us will be triggered by your consent to such actions. Other than as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not intentionally sell or otherwise disclose information that you submit to any third party without your consent.

5. Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

When you interact with the Site, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information is collected passively using various technologies and may be used to track usage of the Site. This information will not be matched with any Personal Information. We may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents, or service providers. The Site may use and share such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Information is available or used in this process of collecting non-personally identifiable information.

In operating the Site, we use standard technologies, including "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Site gives to your browser when you access the Site. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Site and help us analyze Site usage more accurately. 7. Aggregated Information

Research. In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Site, we may conduct research on our visitors’ demographics, interests, and behavior based on the Personal Information and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and we may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

Third Parties. We permit advertising on the Site, including but not limited to in the form of book lists. We consider this a helpful way to make sure that any ads that are displayed are in some way relevant to any visitor’s use of our Site. In order to accomplish this, the third parties that we partner with may utilize advertisements that include tracking technologies such as cookies. These cookies are used to collect information on how users interact with these advertisements in order to deliver a more targeted and relevant advertising experience and helps our advertisers determine whether the user is interested or not in their offering. We DO NOT provide any personal information to these third parties without your consent.

Tracking technologies. We use standard internet technologies such as pixel tags to track the use of our site or email that we may send to you. These technologies are used to improve the relevancy of a page in our Site, to determine the popularity of that page and to let us know if our email has been opened or otherwise acted upon. The information we collect in this manner enables us to customize the services we offer to our members and visitors and to track the overall effectiveness of the messaging, content, programming or other activities. This helps us make sure that you are receiving only the most relevant information and advertisements possible.

Financial Information. We do not store your financial information. When you submit your financial information to us via our purchase order forms, it goes directly to a secure financial processing company such as PayPal, and they will store the credit card information on their secure servers so it is never in our possession. We deal strictly with financial processors that have given us proper assurances as to the security of their procedures and processes so that you can be assured that your financial data is safe and secure.

8. How We Use the Information That We Collect

Using Information. We use the Personal Information you provide only in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Information for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Information in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by e-mail, we will use the Personal Information you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Information in order to obtain access to the Site, we will use your Personal Information to provide you with such access to the Site, to monitor your such use of the Site, and to contact you regarding such use of the Site. Sharing Information. We are not in the business of selling your Personal Information. We consider such information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we will share your Personal Information with specially approved third parties without further notice to you for the purpose of providing services that you have requested or products and services which we have determined will be of interest to you. In such circumstance such parties are required to maintain your data securely and in a manner consistent with the terms of this policy.

9. Other Uses of Information Collected

Business Transfers. As we develop our business, we might sell, buy, or merge businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.

Related companies. We may also share Personal Information with our related companies though all data will be covered under the same terms as this Privacy Policy.

Agents, consultants, and related third parties. We may sometimes hire outside companies to perform certain business-related functions and services, such as maintaining databases and processing payments. 10. Exclusions

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information collected by us other than Personal Information collected through the Site. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information that you provide to us through this Site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site (collectively, "Public Areas"), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing services and/or products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

11. Children

We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information on this Site. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of thirteen has provided Personal Information to us through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

12. Links to Other Web Sites

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. This Site may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by us (the "Third Party Sites"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from this Site do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

13. Changes To Our Privacy Policy

We will occasionally update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices and services from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Information to us through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes or revisions to this Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Policy with respect to any and all data that you have furnished or which has been collected up to that time and thereafter.

14. Your Rights to Access and Change Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete Personal Information to us through the Site. You may also contact us as specified below to access or change this information as the need arises. We will take reasonable steps to update or correct Personal Information in our possession that you have previously submitted via the Site.

You also may choose to remove your Personal Information from our databases by submitting a request via our contact information provided below. If you have registered (or created) an account for our Site, after you close your account, you will not be able to sign in to the Site with that account nor access any of your account’s information. However, you can open a new account at any time. If you close your account, we will retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our Terms of Use or other rights, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Site or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties' policies.

15. Applicability of GDPR for European Union Residents

The following additional provisions apply to Personally Identifiable Information collected by us through the Site from European Union residents located therein at the time the data is collected (“PII” or “data”).
For EU data subjects, in the event of any conflict between these provisions and those set forth above, these provisions shall control. The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) governs the processing and protection of your PII and affords you the following rights you can enforce by contacting Preschool Pathways through support@preschoolpathways.com:
• You may access, update, or delete your PII by contacting us at support@preschoolpathways.com. Thereafter, our retention of such information will depend upon the data necessary for any of our legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, or contractual record keeping requirements.
• You may request that we cease the use of your PII for marketing purposes also by contacting us at support@preschoolpathways.com.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, exceptions may apply for data maintained:
• Pursuant to any legal or contractual obligation;
• In relation to resolving, defending or enforcing our rights; and/or
• For accurate business and financial reporting.
